Product Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of adult products, Adult Toys Mania cannot offer refunds or exchanges
for any items once the order has been shipped. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the health and safety
of all customers and complies with hygiene regulations.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, please contact Adult Toys Mania within
5 days of delivery at

Our support team will guide you through the replacement or repair process.

Please note:

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence is not covered under warranty.
  • Please check batteries and correct insertion before assuming a product is faulty.

Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are provided on individual product pages.
If a product becomes faulty within the warranty period, Adult Toys Mania will assist you with the
warranty claim process.

Quality Assurance

minimize the risk of faulty goods. Our quality checks include:

Shipping Information

Shipping Confirmation

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are generally dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are usually dispatched the next business day.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for metro areas, with longer delivery times
for regional locations.

Incorrect Address

Adult Toys Mania is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect
shipping details provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned and reshipping is requested, the customer
will be responsible for the full reshipping cost via Australia Post.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed,
the following charges apply if reshipping is requested:

  • Shipping fees: The updated shipping cost will be advised.
  • Return to sender fee: Charged by Australia Post.

Payment for these charges must be made within 7 days. If not paid, a refund may be issued
after deducting applicable shipping and return fees.

  • Original shipping charges (if paid).
  • Actual shipping costs if shipping was subsidized.
  • Return to sender fees charged by Australia Post.

Shipping Instructions and Authority to Leave

Customers may add delivery instructions during checkout, including granting “Authority to Leave”.
Please clearly specify where the parcel should be left.

Important notes:

  • If no location is specified, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place.
  • Delivery drivers have the final decision regarding safe delivery.
  • Adult Toys Mania is not responsible for parcels left unattended.
